I Am,

"I fell in love with the power of yoga as I was quickly approaching an emotional rock bottom in my life. Now, my spirit has guided me to dive deep into the art of union and share my knowledge with others in order to help ignite the powers that exist within each of us. Various cultural influences have shaped, and distorted, most people's perspective towards overall wellness. I allow myself to create safe spaces that facilitate TRUTH, acceptance, healing, and empowerment. I allow myself to be a source of light and healing for those who are attracted to my spirit. My intention is to provide the elements that a person needs to maintain energetic, emotional, and physical balance throughout their life's journey.

At Flexible Minds Yoga LLC, I focus on indigenous cultures, and the mental, physical, and spiritual ramifications of our stolen history and mistreatment for the past few centuries. Despite the oppression, we have achieved infinite examples of success and excellence within our culture. Unfortunately, the effects of long-term abuse of all kinds and undeserved censorship of our truest selves has collectively taken a toll on our overall wellness for generations. THIS ENDS NOW.

I strive to help the aspiring yogi navigate their journey by providing the necessary tools to develop a healthy lifestyle, and maintain it. Through the various aspects of yoga, we will craft a mental, spiritual, and physical diet that will maintain your new normal. In addition, I focus on helping my clients alleviate the effects of common, everyday stressors which prove to negatively impact their long-term well-being, self-development, sense-of-self, and determination of their life purpose.
